About Lauren

Lauren Bradford, MS OTR/L is the current owner of TherapyWorks as of April 2022 after taking the reins from Debra Dickson, PT at the time of her retirement. Lauren began her career in occupational therapy in 2009 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and returned to school completing her masters in occupational therapy in 2014. In the beginning of her career she worked in the sub acute rehab setting however always knew pediatrics was her passion. Lauren has provided services in the birth to three model, outpatient and school based settings with focuses on congenital, neurological and chromosomal disorders along with sensory processing, generalized weakness, lack of coordination and delayed milestones which are not associated with a diagnosis. Lauren and her husband, John Bradford, DPT are also the owners of PhysioCare Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine with locations in Salem and East Lyme, CT. Lauren graduated from Lyme-Old Lyme High School in 2004, Manchester Community College in 2009 and New England Institute of Technology in 2014. Lauren and her husband share 2 children together, Logan and Madeline and enjoy traveling, spending time as a family, watching the kids play sports and being outside either at the beach or riding bikes.
